BoatingText Box: Boating is a popular activity on the 2,120 acre lake at Buck Creek State Park.  The unlimited horsepower lake provides great opportunities for water skiers, power boaters as well as sail boaters, kayakers and fishermen.  Please note that the entire north end of the lake is a no-wake zone.  A six-lane public boat launch ramp located just north of the public beach provides easy access to the lake.

For more information regarding Ohio State Watercraft Laws, boating education and boat registration visit the Division of Watercraft online or call the Division of Watercraft at 1-877-4 BOATER. The Division of Watercraft Springfield Field Office can be contacted at (937) 323-1582.
