Naturalist Activities

On weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day, as well as special event weekends, Buck Creek State Park offers naturalist activities for its visitors.  Activities include family movies, nature programs for the family and programs for kids only!

Fall Camp Out

 The first and second

Weekend in October

Join us the first and Second weekend of October for our Annual Fall Campout. 

Activities include a hog roast, chili dinner, campsite decorating contest, pumpkin carving and painting, hay rides, trick-or-treating, haunted trail and live entertainment. 

Triathlon

    This annual event is sponsored by HFP Racing.  It is part of the Wheelie Fun Triathlon and Duathlon series.  Athletes can compete in either international distance events or sprint distance events.  For more information go to HFPRacing.com.  Click here for photos from the 2007 Triathlon.
