Cottages

Buck Creek State Park has 26 family cottages which are situated in a secluded, wooded area of the park. Each cottage has two bedrooms, a bath with a shower, a living room with a trundle bed, television with local stations and VCR, complete kitchen, dining area and screened porch, gas log fireplace, and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a queen or full size bed; bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bunk on top, as well as a single twin bed. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is also a fire ring and picnic table outside each cottage. The cottages are located close the camp store for those last-minute supplies as well as seasonal bicycle rentals.

The Lakeview Hiking trail has trail heads in the cottage area.

The Cottage Rental Fees for the Year are below:

Cottage Prices – April 1st to November 1st

Sunday thru Saturday

$85 plus tax/night - $90.53

$545 plus tax/7 days - $583.15

Cottages Prices – November 1st to April 1st

Sunday thru Thursday

$65 plus tax/night - $69.22

Friday and Saturday

$75 plus tax/night - $79.87

Sunday thru Saturday

$475 plus tax/7 days - $505.87

The Cottages can sleep up to eight people, and up to six in the ADA cottage. Pets and smoking are prohibited in all of the cottages. You can make cottage reservations up to one year in advance by calling 1-866-OHIOPARKS (1-866-644-6727) or on-line at www.ohiostateparks.org. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends and the Lakeview cottages rent by the week (Saturday to Saturday) only.
